Essential oils are wonderful for the well-being of humans, animals, insects, and plants. There are many books out there about aromatherapy and should refer to them for safe and proper use of essential oils. We also recommend that you consult an aromatherapy professional who will know how to target the biochemical groups and aromatic molecules of essential oils and thus increase the effectiveness of your treatments if you wish to learn more. It is recommended to store essential oils in a cool, dry place, away from light and air.

Posologie
For children over 5 years old and adults.
In a mask:
- Apply 2-3 drops of the blend inside the mask, wait a few seconds and breathe deeply for at least 10 minutes/4 times a day/for 3 days.
The mask is very practical, because we can continue to go about our business, or for the children, to play!
Massage oil:
- Put 2-3 drops of the Fir Blast formula in a 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and massage a few drops of this mixture on the fold of the elbow, the front of the wrist, the back of the hands, the feet, the ankles, the thorax, the stomach, the back and the throat. You can do it 3 times a day for 4 days, then in the evening at bedtime for 6 days.
CAUTION: For a first application of massage oil on fragile skin, it is recommended to first test on the fold of the elbow only and see if there is a reaction before applying to the rest of the body.
In a diffuser:
- Place a few drops in a diffuser (as recommended in your diffuser instructions) and freshen the air in your bedroom 30 minutes before going to bed.
Contraindications: Avoid using for the first three months of pregnancy and in case of hypothyroidism. May cause redness in long-term pure cutaneous application if the product is oxidized.
